Refund policy
- Kaken has a 30-day return policy with the following conditions:
- The product must be in unused condition
- Returns must be approved by Kraken Fishing co. before shipping. Please e-mail products@krakenfishco.com for the reason for return and we will send you a shipping address when approved.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item(s).
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
- Press the space key then arrow keys to make a selection.
- Use left/right arrows to navigate the slideshow or swipe left/right if using a mobile device
